Jiang Li, hiding her identity and pretending to be poor, soaked in the sea for three days to save her fiancé Tang Haotian, severely harming her body. Hormone treatment made her gain weight rapidly, becoming a 200-pound “fat woman.” Tang Haotian, after rising to power, despises her and conspires with his first love, even causing his brother's death and faking his identity.
